Part of the joy of being an artist is being able to meet others who share your passion. I love teaching what I’ve learned over the years, and watching people go from being complete novices to being able to produce beautiful artwork of their own.
The workshops I run are small (no more than 8 people) so there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get some one to one help developing your skills. They are suitable for people who have never done anything creative before, to those who simply want to improve their skills or learn a new medium or technique.
I teach in oils, pastels and watercolour and subjects range from landscapes, seascapes and skies, to small mammals and birds.
Each workshop is run following government recommendations to limit the spread of Covid 19. PPE is provided on entry and each student works at their own station. We take a short break for lunch and I ask that each student bring their own lunch and refreshments for the day.
