Description

Enjoy a day working with traditional oil paints and go home with a painting to gift to someone you love.   In this workshop we will be working on large canvases, so we will predominantly work in a standing position.    The class has been split in two with the option of adding a third class, as it’s likely that covering a larger surface area will take some time.

The day runs from 9.30am till 2.30pm and includes all the tools you need.  The class will run from my cottage in Wattisfield, where you can work in a relaxed and friendly environment.  There is no need for any prior experience or exceptional drawing ability.

Please be aware that I need a minimum of 3 students to enable me to run this workshop.  If this number is not reached, the class may be rescheduled or refunded.

Oils can be messy, so it’s a good idea to wear old clothing, and/or bring an apron if you have one.  Also, think about how you are going to transport your painting home.  A dust sheet for your car perhaps, or flat cardboard.
